The Host Pastor's Role

Want To Host An Event At Your Church or Ministry?

Would you like to host or sponsor one of our Christ-centered and life-changing events or meetings at your church, ministry, or nonprofit organization? If yes, then please read the following information about what we expect from you and your church, ministry or organization.

The Host Pastor's Role & Responsibilities:
If you choose to request or extend us an invitation to collaborate and partner with you and your church, ministry, or nonprofit organization in hosting any of our specialized seminars, workshops and/or conferences. the following will be your role and responsibilities before, during and after the event or meeting.

1. Announce the Event/Meeting At Your Church
To create awareness and encourage individuals/people in your church to attend the event or meeting, make regular announcements during/at each service and activity held or hosted at your church.

2. Encourage Your Church Members, Ministry Staff and Leaders to Attend
Because all of our specialized seminars, workshops, and conferences are strategically designed to target, address and minister to specific individuals, groups, departments, and/or ministries in a local church, parachurch ministry, or organizational setting, we expect that the host pastor or ministry leader invite and encourage everyone involved to prayerfully consider, make any necessary arrangements, and to also register and attend the event or meeting.

3. Promote the Event/Meeting In and Around Your Church Community and City
As a cost effective way of advertising and creating a buzz of the event or meeting in your community and city, we humbly suggest that you do the following:

A. Call, email and/or personally visit fellow pastors and ministers in and around your church community and city to tell them about the upcoming event or meeting that will be hosted at your church.

B. Encourage fellow pastors and ministers in and around your church community and city to also announce and encourage individuals/people in their churches to make plans to attend  the event or meeting that will be hosted at your church.

C. Send out/give/leave a few of our pre-made brochures and flyers (i.e. digital copies will be emailed/sent to you to be printed and distributed) to help promote the event or meeting with fellow pastors and ministers so they can post and display them in and around their church and local communities as well.

D. Email/send out our pre-written news release (i.e. a digital copy will be emailed/sent to you) for FREE publicity in all newspapers/publications in and around your church community and city announcing the event or meeting.

4. Host the Event/Meeting At Your Church
As the host of the event or meeting, we will expect you to provide and make available the necessary space  and amenities needed to successfully conduct the event or meeting at your church or another appropriate venue.

5. Give Us An Honorarium As The Spirit of God Leads You
Unlike many other itinerant preachers and teachers in the Body of Christ today, we have personally chosen not to put a price tag on the Gospel whenever we are invited to speak. Apart from the specific amount that is charged to each attendee and participant at our events, which by the way covers the costs of event marketing and promotional materials (i.e. brochures, flyers, online marketing, etc.) and our specialized training and coaching materials, we allow the Holy Spirit to speak and lead the host pastor, church and/or parachurch ministry to honor and be a blessing to us in whatever way they choose.
